Complimentary Introduction

A brief 10–15 minute introductory call is available for prospective clients who would like to learn more about the practice and determine whether nutrition counseling may be appropriate.

This call is an opportunity to ask general questions before scheduling a paid consultation.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods and appointment policies will be provided when scheduling.

This is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network nutrition benefits, you may wish to contact your insurance company to determine whether your plan provides reimbursement for services from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

When appropriate, a super bill may be provided for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan, and providing a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of scheduling.
